I was thinking maybe Tuesday for the first trip. Maybe about 1pm SLT? Are there any days that people can't do and they really really want to make the first trip? Or is Tuesday ok.
It gives me chance to finish the notecards and make sure the LMs are in there.
There will be other ones - there is no way we are going to get through all of them in one trip, I just don't want to be going around all on my billy lol.

Oh, and does anyone have a notecard giver I can leave at the hangout? So that people don't have to keep asking me for a copy, they can help themselves.

Next Tuesday at 1pm works for me

It was around 3pm yesterday when I visited the hangout, but will keep popping up as and when

I usually start running into folks there anytime after 4:00 SLT, but sometimes not until 6:00-7:00. There can be a bit of a slow time when the UK folks are signing out and the US folks are not quite in yet.

When you're next at the hangout touch the green cube right by the landing point.

It'll give you 2 HUDs: a forum reader that lets you follow RA conversations while inworld and a hangout HUD that shows who's at the hangout at any given time.

damn it

. I'm sorry this might be difficult for some people. I would have loved to find a time for everyone to join in. But I think it is going to have to be split into different days anyway.
I will try to make the next one a bit later on, maybe at the weekend. Its just that with being in the UK, 1pm is like 9pm for me. Much later on a weekday is not a good idea. I am really sorry if this is bad for anyone. I will try to spread each visit across the time zones though.
The weekend one will definitely be later. And I may even consider one where I am there only in spirit lol.
Can someone give me an idea of times which are good? i hate organising stuff where people are left out.

PS the notcard will be in the forum in advance so people can go wandering as they please. I will try to get in in there tomorrow or monday. It depends on my in-world time and if the server behaves itself.

Ditto what Drivin said. I can't make it, but then when I set up the last one, our european friends were left out. In a worldwide community, you can't pick a time that will satisfy everyone.

Same here...I'll be at my RL job at that time, so I won't be able to make it, but am looking forward to visiting everyone's stores when I get home that evening. Even if I'm shopping alone, it'll be great to see all the forum members work. Just you putting the notecard and LM's together is enough, so don't feel bad about anything

If the notecard(s) are available, I do not see why some couldn't wander around in a group at say 5 pm SLT, four hours after the first trip. There might even be some people from the first outing who might still be around 4 hours later.

Maybe we should set up a second trip for the U.S. workers, same day? Would 6:00 pm SLT be a decent time (trying to make it early enuf so east coasters can do it).

The weekends are tough because SL gets so crowded on Sundays, and Saturdays a lot of folks are running around doing errands RL.

(5 might be too early for the pacific coasters, Kitten?)
