Would You Still Come In SL If.....

As a rule, I'm celebate in SL. I don't think sex should be taken out of SL but I wouldn't mind seeing a reduction in the number of sex-related venues and ads. As for our bare bodies, I want mine to remain anatomically complete! I do like to go naked from time to time, I see no harm in that. I don't want my undies glued on.

Anyway, if SL banned sex or nudity, the open source SL 'cloners' would soon create a rival world for the oversexed avs to migrate to! There's already Open Life and Central Grid plus a few others - but I don't know what their rules on sexual content are.

Well as you know there is a retailer that sells items through SL VIA Selling website......So I would say there might be a possible outlet for japanese retailers to use the SL platform to sell their goods. But on another note, the Role play these people do pretending to be japanese (males playing females) might be living out a fantaze about being japanese might confuse these people even more. Rember most of these type of people are not even 18 years of ago........Look at any of those signup locations and anyone can get inthe game without any proof of real e-mail or personal information. This is done on purpose to allow thise influx of manga lovers in LLABS knows this but continues to turn the other set of face cheeks..saying nomatter waht the kids will get in regaurdless and its not our responibilty to stop them..........

At any rate, FWIW, I rarely (read "next to never" have SLex but its existence is titillating and fun and dangerous and all those other things. Without it, SL would be Disney World. So yes, I would leave.

I think that sex is special IW and in FL. I am not one to go to orgies, escorts, sex parties, etc. My pixel bits are special and private.

Sex IW is all about the words and the mind. Personally, I think it is easier to have sex IFL because it is all about the body. There is little communication and little attached to the mind. In SL, it is all about losing inhibitions, sharing very intimate language, the words and engaging the mind. It is very powerful.

I have had sex IW when it was special and when it wasn't. The sex with the someone special was way better and actually pretty incredible.

But I would give it up if I had to...
