The Second Life Liberation Army (SLLA) has been formed to force the introduction of voting rights to the residents of Second Life. We believe that the only way to achieve this is through an in-world military campaign directed against strategically important targets in order to force Linden Labs to recognize its responsibilites.
The SLLA will begin in-world military operations at midnight SL time on 10 August 2006 unless the following conditions are met:
1. A commitment by Linden Labs to introduce resident voting before making significant changes to Second Life
2. A referendum on the issue of resident verification.

I feel that at this point, I must warn people that the SLLA are just a bunch of splitters. The Peoples Popular Front of Second Life (PPFSL) are the only true and fervent revolutionary force. Although we do accept that the SLPF may some day have a following.

Do I get a free tank and machine guns? And a mule? I'll join if I get a mule. Mules are sooooooo cool. They can pull tanks when they get stuck in the mud. And carry all my machine guns. They are really good singers, too. Have you ever heard a mule sing? They have such heavenly voices. Kind of like big fuzzy wingless angels. I used to have trouble sleeping when I was a kid. Noises and lights outside would keep me awake for hours on end.
But, one day, my parents bought me an 8-track of "Mules from Heaven". It was a great compilation of all sorts of mule songs. Mules singing classical songs like "The Humpty Dance". It helped me sleep so well! I felt happy and rested every day of my life. So.. Do I get a mule? |
