Why is it that the above line auto inserts a space between forum and whore? (Well, it appears that way to me. I guess it does for the rest of ya?)

And why if I use caps from the first line of a post does it convert it to lower case but capitalise the first letter of every word so I look like an idiot instead of looking like I'm shouting?

No. The tag has to be in plain view from the subject line. You don't expect me to read all the way through your thread before insulting you just to make sure there isn't a sneaky NOKRIS tag somewhere in there?

What if, for instance, "No trolling" was posted in a place say, in the forum rules, that apply to literally every single thread?

And then, since you've said Kris = Troll, by transitive property, the whole forum is "NOKRIS"?

Would you respect it then?

Well, it'd probably get ignored like most other rules here, huh? And then it'd get enforced in the same inconsistent way that the rest of the CS/ToS/Forum rules are now, depending on :

(a) Who whined
(b) Who they whined about
(c) Who they whined to

Which I have come to learn is FAR more important than

(d) WHAT they are whining about

So you'd rather make the problem worse by contributing to it? Lindens are overworked as it is.

Well I don't see anyone else exercising restraint? You think I should set an example while everyone else carries on as before? You think anyone is going to notice or even care?

I think if the Lindens were consistent or even logical in applying the rules, people might know what was acceptable and what wasnt. But while they play favorites and each Linden interprets and applies the rules differently, I don't think people will take much notice.

I don't care if you set an example or not. I just want you to stop adding to the problem. I don't care if anyone notices or cares. I just want you to stop being so damn bitter becoming the very thing you are saying you don't like. And the very fact that I'm asking you to stop is proof that at least one person is noticing, and I'm guessing a lot more do but don't want to get flamed by you by questioning your trolling.

Actually I demand an immediate response from Linden Labs as well, namely banning Almarea Lumiere from Second Life for such a flagrant violation of the terms of service.

I don't care if you notice or not. I don't care that you want me to stop or not. The forums do not revolve around you.

As you'll remember, I did in fact stop posting altogether for a long time. Did the forums change? Did the trolling stop? Did people stop disagreeing with you personally? No.

And you really think that there are bunches of posters who'd love to call me out on it but are too afraid of me!? kewl

I don't think the trolling is the problem, frankly. I don't think its the people who parody the people who take it seriously that are the issue. I think it's those people they are parodying that can't see beyond the nose on their faces that are the real problem. The self righteous asshats that constantly drag their own personal hangups into the forums and call it a discussion, then shout down anyone who dares disagree.

So you are offended that I strive to be even more obtuse to parody and make fun of these ridiculous caracatures of human beings? Or "becoming the very thing you are saying you don't like" as you put it?

No. The difference between my posts and yours is that trolling is in fact against the rules of the forum, whereas my posts don't violate posting guidelines. I don't want you to stop posting. I want you to stop hiding behind your Internet personality and being such an instigator. If you treated people like this in real life, they'd punch you in the face.
