Now, if your cause has the SUPPORT of a few of the FIC, the lindens are more likely to give an audience.
But it's hard to blame the lindens for implied favoritism, because hey... the older players are just more likely to have linden friends by now.
and Cristiano, OF COURSE you would deny what I am saying... you have the skewed perspective that I was talking about... Look at your born date, my friend...
I am sure you lose few disputes... Present concrete examples and backup evidence or stfu.

They try to deny its existence. They try to distract from the truth. They try to laugh it off as a joke. They try to discredit the rumors as paranoia.
But they exist. Call them the FIC. Call them the content barons. Call them whatever you want. They don't have a name because that would lead you to their door. Instead they operate in silence to crush every dollar out of newbies then sell them back to newbies for real dollars.
They rule their number with an iron fist. If an FIC steps out of line, if they question the rules, they disappear. They're not just banned, they're wiped out. They never existed. Some of the leading members vanished overnight.
You don't believe me? Ask anyone about Echo Omega. But you can expect the answer. They'll say she never existed.
Just be careful how deeply you dig. The truth is out there. Problem is, you may not like the truth.

The same can be said of his cars, and whatever else he is planning. What excuse are you going to use to resent him for his success - the feted inner core one won't work. Ahem.... awww... *blush* (3 months actually) Thanks cris... about the FIC, i don't think there is any real FIC around the grid, but i do think some players get naturally more attention by the lindens. It's normal, overtime, the lindens are human and as any human they form friendships and relationships wich is IMPOSSIBLE to completely put aside when making a judgement. The day you will see an online environment with no favouritism will be the day in wich computers will be advanced enough to run such environments without human input. As of now we have to be happy with what we have. And we have FAIRLY unbiased admins. If you want a completely unbiased ones you can program a computer to do it, if you manage to i'm sure LL will be very happy to hire you to change the current situation |
