The Former Galleria Sims: A Point of Utter Annoyance

I have been reading the forums, and I really think its overdue time for me to write to you all.
I have nothing to do with Lensey or the other 2 sims she bought,destroyed rebuild and destroyed..being Centreville changed to 5th Ave...and SKywalk change to Rodeo Drive..
When in actual fact Lensey with 13 avi's so despises me, why would I want to be like her.
My words to Lensey were "I will not fight with you, I will compete, and outbetter you."
Everything she buys she destroys and that is a fact.

Galleria City was so lagged down, filled with unknown scripts and so many owners of building ect it had become unmanagable..And I didnt buy it off Brianna. Yes Brianna created an awsome build up there, I had a shop I rented off her, and i have no reason to put her down..

Beverly Hills is on the ground yes..And I dont stand around pointing at people to work for me, its me here like 20hours a day building, texturing, terraforming, countin prims, talkin to ppl, meeting there needs as best as I can..

Originally we planned for shops, event centre, and apartments.

Half the sim is shops the other half is for events..

We have done the shops, which has a Information board at the hub..This board also has tp for each shop, and been there for 3 weeks..Has the names of the shop keepers down the sides of it..And its a automatic rental system..

Now we are doing the event centre which will be free for all to use..Firstly for models to show off the Designers clothes...
Then a school for teaching at, such things as LSL.. Which my partner Memnoch Hathor will be teaching free classes at.
Then a Dance Studio..

And prims permitting apartments...

So yes I know how much work is involved, and come chat with me some time and see for yourself..Why on earth would I put this much effort into something to destroy it.. Im not stupid,...Maybe some get a kick out of ordering others to build to then destroy there stuff, oh not me..Sorry this Australian girl things abit differently

I popped by Beverly Hills last night, even though we opted out of having a store there, the sim looks great and is pretty easy to maneuver through and find things in. Which is a bonus. And I wasn't even lagged out. double bonus. Having other features and attractions in a sim is always a good thing. Sounds like your business plan has been well thought out and planned.

They also want to talk to you about upping their lube allowance and getting some groomers in for all the wear and tear to their wool.

I'm sorry Jenn, You have quite a few items and believe me I know what a pain it is to keep setting up over and over, Kinda made a deal with myself, if something gets returned, I'm not putting it back up... of course now I only have stuff in 2 places so not quite sure if I am makin a good choice on that.

Thanks =) I go through phases of downscaling the number of spots I have and then accepting invitations to open new spots. I tend to stick to smaller stores and boutiques. Currently, if I were to update all of my spots, it would probably take a full day.

I am a mall owner, and with not a lot of experience. However, I purchased a sim and built a shopping center. The server is shared and was quite laggy, and no teleporter within hundreds of meters. I then purchased an island. I would love to get rid of the maintenance costs of the first sim, but feel obligated to honor the contracts with the existing vendors there. I have also offered to assist them in moving to the NEW shopping center and offered incentives.

The reason I moved is that I believe the island will offer a MUCH better experience for both the vendors AND the shoppers. BUT, I feel it is important to give the vendors AMP{LE time to relocate and to allow their existing contracts to expire without closing down on them. This just seems like good business practice to me. I sympathize with those of you who have gone through this experience at Galleria.

YOU STOLE GALLERIA SIM and still owe him $500 US for it !!! And to throw that in my face you then COPIED my THEME IN RODEO drive and renamed GALLERIA SIM TO beverly hills. This make me think of when Fox Onizuka stole 500 US$ worth of L$ in group dividend money from me. Sad there seems absolutely nothing one can do in such situation. And sad when you are victim but meet indifference, people who don't mind get paid with stolen money. Since that happened I don't trust anybody anymore.

I am one certified teacher and you obviously confuse working with stealing. Even my 3 year old daughter understands difference between getting paid for service and stealing money. It also shouldn't make any difference wether I teach people languages in RL and get paid in EUR or if I teach them how to make each other happy in SL and take L$.



Hmmm, are you doing this? I don't see anyone else on this thread whom I think would do that. Pressuring people for money is really not honorable.
