Look it up  hate speech and fighting words are exceptions to the first amendment. I don't need to look it up. I grew up in Skokie. That ruling was overturned because it violated the First Amendment, but once they'd won their permit to march in Skokie the Nazis decided to march in Chicago instead (which was what they'd wanted in the first place).
