While I visited the crime library website I poked around and found a blurb about a local case (for me, at least) that's fascinated/horrified me for years. They never caught the bastard* either. I wonder who he was and what the hell was wrong with him that he could do something like that.

I am about to send a good morning PM to someone who now has runny nose and a cough, just like i did all the days since late november.

It is almost small enough, but definitely too high to be an espresso cup, and according to the sign the coffee left inside it, that was too much coffee to be an espresso.

Well, just remember not to use humour, sarcasm, or anything that might be considered trolling. Or the usual forum police mob will be here to scream personal attacks at you about your conduct and call for 'morons like you' to be barred from the forums so they can get on with the 'serious business' of progressing Second Life in the direction that only they seem to want it to go in.

Well, by the looks of it, they got what they wanted, it seems - a totally sanitised, boring as fuck piece of shit forum devoid of any intelligent conversation, life, and apparently missing many of the people who used to post here with intelligent stuff to say about Second Life or otherwise.

Now its just the same boring people droning on about the same boring shit they've always had on their personal little agendas, and the same boring detractors making the same boring arguments against them.

I used to be able to spend hours on these forums, just reading, learning, taking in people's opinions. Now it takes a ten minute cursory glance in the morning before I'm bored stupid by them.

Randome mundane fact about my day today :

One kid came up to me and asked me where I lived. I replied that I lived in jurong, an hours journey from school. Wow! Thats far, he replied. Why didnt you get a concession card? Well I'm not a student anymore. And I smiled and thought that, that was the cutest thing I've ever heard today.
