I, too, am without artistic ability. I am happy just to make a box. I don't build, I don't design, hell I can hardly move the furniture in my house without accidentally moving a wall or something.

There was a time not too long ago (yesterday) that I was filled with dismay over this state of affairs. Then it hit me. I realized what my place was in this great SL metaverse of ours. My name is Kiamat Dusk and I am a 70 Level Consumer. That's right-I spend money like it's WATER! I, and others like me, are the grease that keeps the SL economy moving smoothly.

Now...if I could just find some decent male clothing....and hair...and genitalia that doesn't show up over my pants...

/wave to Mina!!! Yeah Nimue - come over to Bragg. My neighbors have built such cool things to look at and explore. You can come and chat with me while I build stuff in my basement. You can help me catch my crow or my dog when they run away. At least my owl is well behaved. Just look for the giant Goth cracker box in the corner of the sim. You can't miss it.

Yes, Nimue, it's a good location to just hang out in. The neighobrs are friendly, there's a nice forest to explore (we're always planting trees). Actually, it's the quietest neighborhood I've lived in so far.

That's so true. :) I'm been making an effort lately to roam around and meet people by going to stores and popping into the Island Sandbox, but when I'm not doing that, I'm sitting around at 500m up working on outfits, building projects, etc. until friends send me TPs. :)

I do generally like meeting people, but I'm often very shy, so I hole myself up with work. And don't like to be bothered when I'm working on something.. And not only that, I'm OCD, so when I work on something, I WORK ON IT. O_O So if you -do- try to bother me when I'm doing something, I'll probably ignore you. ._.

I do find that I am a lot more social in SL than I am in RL. In RL, I go weeks without leaving the house. I really don't like talking to people very much at all. And I just don't like even being seen or being out. Give me the warm, beckoning glow of a computer screen anytime. ._. Or some fabric. Or, like, some paint. No loud, annoying, breathing people, plz. :)

Anyway, there are Introverts all over SL, but, yes, they're hard to find. :) Try visiting the Sandboxes, though; they're full of Introverts, believe it or not. Just go up to someone, if you like what they're building, and tell them that. I've met more people that way!

be lucky you dont design stuff!! hehehe

i started designing stuff and now its like a disease, i cant stop. i just wanna create and create and create and design and design and design and it never gets boring but it takes up too much time :x

so yeah its fun going to contests and parties and stuff in SL but then i'll have to leave so i can go CREATE MORE STUFF rofl

but SL has inspired me to be a fashion designer

so i love SL and i'm basically here to practice my designing skills without the sewing machine and thread..
