Alot of people vent right here on the Forums dear lol. Sometimes you can't help but let it out. I just try to be a bit tactful as much as possible when I can.

Thank you all *hugs* You are right that I should not make myself live up to expectations that I cannot handle. I will try hard to take you up on your offers of a shoulder to cry on if needed. Though I'm still scared, but I'll promise to work on it.

I also want to express a huge thank you to Cristiano. For *always* being there for me. I guess we are going on about 3 years since we first met in TSO? Maybe longer, can't remember. Cris, even with all of your own personal and SL issues and responsibilties, you always make time for me and have been a huge comfort to me when I needed it most. You have carried the brunt of my emotional breakdowns and angry lashing out when I could not convey those to the persons they should have been directed at. And I know I have taken my anger and upsetness out on you when you never deserved it. Despite that, you always pick me back up and make me move forward. You are a true friend beyond words. Thank you for caring about me. Thank you for not giving up on me.

Pen, you're one of the few people that I would actually be genuinely upset about you leaving SL! Don't go :\

I hear you. I'm like that too. Usually I'm pretty happy, but I'll put on my happy facade even if I'm upset. Once a great while some trivial annoyance pushes me over the edge and I'll snap, leaving the recipiant of my caustic remark wondering what the hell got into me.

That's an irony of SL I've noticed. It's a great opportunity to meet and make friends, but some of these friends can hurt you. Ouch! I guess that's the "life" part of Second Life.

Please don't be. I'm sure you had your reasons for wanting to leave.

I am so happy that you have reconsidered your decision. Look at the hordes of people from all around Second Life that have come out to tell you to stay. You have touched many lives sweetie, try to hold this in your heart.

If for any reason you feel that people are giving you a rough time, I agree with Feniks. Get out and go somewhere different. Find a new project, and ignore ANYONE who either lies, deceives, or gives you a rough time. Remember the old saw-

Yes. This is something that I am very much going to work on. I guess in a way I am growing up. Time to face my issues rather than run from them. I just hope in the end I don't royally screw things up.

Spend some time up in the Lost Lakes. I just opened an RV park and campground in Derwent, and you can pitch your tent, or park your trailer and be peaceful for 2.5 days before autoreturn kicks in. Wander over to the First Land lots and talk to the new residents. Sit on the shore in Windemere and dangle your feet in the water.

And (this worked for me) delete your Calling Card folder, and then re-exchange cards with friends, old and new, as you meet them again. It's a great way to divest yourself of the drama.
