Folks, Catherine is right .. SL is much about money. The CEO even publishes spreadsheets on the topic.
However, what she is wrong about is that this is a bad thing. There are also a lot of polite and friendly ways of making this point. Simply attacking her as a person isn't going to make her go away and certainly isn't going to forward the issue one iota. _____________________

I for one am certainly interested in the viewpoints of others, especially those who wish to lessen the influence of money and increase the influence of merit. Personally, I wish merit=money. Wouldn't it be great if everyone got paid according to the real value that they provided? I am pretty sure if that was the case this world would be a much better place. _____________________
