I got into this thread late but one of the things that I was going to say is that if he could just walk out of your life for six months without a word of explaination then why should you give him even an acknowledgement on the message that he sent you? I'm suspicious enough to think that he may have met what he would consider an unencumbered person and ran off with her and she probably turned out to be a self centered bitch who has recently dumped him so suddenly that he realized he didn't have it so bad before he walked out of your life. Let the asshat suffer - be it from guilt or simply because he's rejoined the Lonely Hearts Club. People need to learn that there are consequences for their actions. Besides, your a beautiful, bright, funny and progressive woman and you can do a whole lot better than someone who would be so careless with your affections and so heartless about your daughter. Oh and Selador has the right idea. It really does help to get a second opinion, particularly if you frequently find yourself attracted to people who are emotionally bankrupt or dishonest. Aww Huggles hun ty  I doubt he met anybody else though, he is completely work driven, and well most of the arguments we used to have was over the 'crap situation' and the fact that he was always letting me down to do stuff at work. But in some ways I do hope he has, I hope he finds someone that suits him better than I did, because I believe, in the grand scheme of things I *am* the better person here, and he has probably done me a favour... in some sick, hurtful, tearing my heart outta my chest way _____________________

Ok I am NOT bringing drama into the forums, I just simply am going to tell you something and would like an opinion, I need to see if its just ME that has the opinion I do... Ok... SO around 6 mths ago, my on/off boyf of 2yrs give or take a few weeks, decided one night, he was going to drop me off home then not speak to me again, he didn't reply to my texts, didn't answer my calls and after deciding I wasn't going to run after him and beg, he never bothered again... UNTIL YESTERDAY... Oh and BTW the 'crap' situation is the fact I have a daughter and could not be at his beckon call every time he wanted to see me, given the fact he lived 15 mins drive from me and of course, he lived in a one bedroomed flat, which meant I couldn't take her to stay over with me, I can't drive and it cost me fecking £20 to get there and back to see him.. oh and the fact that her dad is still around, which of course he always will be... and he KNEW I had a daughter when he came onto me, as well he was my boss, kinda.... *breathes* Opinions please, I am not looking for sympathy, empathy or any crap talk, just wanted to get a few views I wish we were spineless. THen I wouldn't have so much back-pain. Hm. Chalk it up to 'whatever,' and keep moving on? _____________________
