Hi Eugene - I was just wondering why all but the "I don't know" survey options are written in the negative.

I'm also curious as to why all but the "I don't know" are negative.

What is the purpose of this poll?

Gah @ public polls. *checks all the boxes*

But seriously - a bit of all:
1) Nothing has been seen or heard from Nealtanburg since the elections
2) There's nothing to do there at the moment, other than look at the design (which is very well done IMO)
3) I disagree with the concept of player run government, since government is a nessecary evil in RL, but not so nessecary in SL.

Can we permaban people who post wholly biased polls that waste our time? That'd be peachy.

Ulrika helped me out when I was a n00b. Helped me learn how to dance and stuff and showed me her anim tutorials so I could go clubbing. For this, I am thankful. I have visited Neualtenberg time and time again, I am a friend of some of the makers. Good times. :)

The purpose of this poll is how Neaultenburg can improve when it moves to it's own private island.

I do not like Neaultenburg

I do not like it so you've heard

I will not vote upon this poll

You can throw it in a hole

I will not vote for government

Go swim in shoes made from cement

I do not like Neaultenburg

I do not like it so you've heard

I would not choose to be ruled

Those who do you have been fooled

I do gorw tired of government ranting

I will not want leaders pedantic

I do not like Neaultenburg

I do not like it so you've heard

Freedom of choice not regulation

a clutch of friends and not a nation

Digitally dwelling in SecondLife

Free of shepherds, free of strife

I do not like Neaultenburg

I do not like it so you've heard

Absolutely. I agree. It wasn’t until I saw how much damage was done to Second Life and the freedoms and rights of the players - by Neualtenburg’s mere existence - that I truly understood how dangerous player governments could be.

The devastation has been horrendous. The suffering: desperate.

Orphans in the streets, protestors killed by Guardsmen, dogs and cats living together!

In fact, I think I’ve decided to blame Ulrika directly for the election of the current American administration. If only she had stopped this governmental obsession of hers before it was too late!

She has a lot to answer for.

And her little dog, Toto, too.

Please tell me what you think about Neaultenburg in this thread.

Where are the "I like Neaultenburg even though I know nothing about it" and "I do not like Neaultenburg even though I know nothing about it" choices?

I don't know which one I'd pick, but I think its important to have an opinion on everything.

Sorry. I have a limited education. I’ve memorized the Constitution, some of the Bible, a manual for the coffee maker, most of the TAO, three chapters from some Russian philosophy book by Michael Polyani, several 70s folk songs, half of the Ghostbusters movie, the complete run of Fawlty Towers, and several children’s books – especially the Patchwork Girl of Oz. There may be more, but it doesn’t come to mind right now.

I only have so many quotes available to me that anyone else would understand.

“Kizzle-kazzle-kore.
The wolf is at the door.
There’s nothing to eat
but a bone without meat
and a bill from the grocery store.”

Heh, yeah the rest of us are so banal, we certainly wouldn't understand any of your references unless it was pop culture. Give me a break.
