Kinda feeling bad and lost

I respectfully disagree. I cringe when I see these posts where people name names and quote lines meant for one person out to the public forums. If you have a community-wide issue of "someone is accusing me of name theft, but I think it is generic, what do I do?" that is perfectly fine. But, I think it's in poor taste to say so-and-so is a bully or a theif or whatever. Personal battles should stay personal and bigger issues should be put in the context of a bigger issue.

All citations I posted are complete and accurate.
