Bamboo shoots!

They're tender and tasty plus I can let them grow into full sized bamboo. I can use the full sized bamboo to build a palace (as long as I don't go over the prim limit for the island) and build a raft so I can float to the shipping lanes. Or I could make a radio transmitter, pedal powered car, intercontinental ballistic missle, etc. The professor, on Gilligans Island, could have made a space shuttle with a little bamboo, coconut milk, and monkey poop...... but they couldn't get rescued....

Of course they could have made a bamboo spear and skewered Gilligan. Then they'd have been off that island in a day or two.

Definately bamboo shoots!!!!
haha!!! that is so funny!! *dances*

These are very sad times to be an American but where is the rage among the citizenry? Where are the flag wavers who so laud the freedoms symbolized by a flag and written by quill pens in our constitution? Why are we not rallying in the streets against this sort of attrocity? Why because we are gluttonous lazy bastards who say it won't happen to me so who cares. --Ishtar Pasteur

Hollandaise sauce anyone....I love all veggies but hollandaise makes even the most poorly cooked produce much more pallatable. I suppose I could search out a tree containing some acidic fruit and milk a wild island boarhog to make boar butter and cream....as it thickens I could add some of that herb in the pic above so that regardless of the taste everyone would be hungry (though on a deserted island the everyone would be only me and being high and alone sucks)

I can attest to the fact that lizzards are fun to party with. :D

Case in point - remember Stacey Keach in Up in Smoke?

Nice meeting you too  though I prefer to leave a burning brown paper sack of bullshit rhetoric at every door I pass....

Rhubarb is one of the most oft underappreciated and misunderstood of veggie material...maybe I'll take my bag-o-feces and rhubarb to my deserted island :p
