I very rarely put people on ignore lists (actually before this, never). Because behind every post is a human with good points and bad. And even when I disagree with someone I still want to hear their viewpoint. But when every post is paragraphs and paragraphs of paranoid attacks, I just grow tired of scrolling past it all. My Ignoring of two posters has nothing to do with any sort of mob mentality. It has to do with seeing one as a sad puppet of whoever happens to be the current shit stirrer, and seeing the other as a scab that people need to stop picking at before it infects everything around it.
Anyone that claims it doesn't matter what anyone says, they know they're right, isn't posting anything for the purpose of discussion. Nothing anyone says will make a damn bit of difference, and I got tired of watching people try. I saw too many threads derailed, and good ideas, debates and exchanges forced down the shitter by the huge turds that were their posts. There simply is no point in reading what they have to say. _____________________
