Razist Abuse On Sl And No One Move A Finger!

I and my friends are form all May 2006 the object of razist abuse from a group of scum razist kids that stay here in SL.

Sorry for my english, it is no my originally language and it is difficult for me.

I have sendend 3 PvP report ! and nothing has happens! We have trouble here because no one stop this stupids kids. Also this kids and friends shoot me and my friends often all day for razist reasons because i'm lesbi and bsx and my friends are black peoples and jitan (soory i don' t know how write in english: "zgane" in my Romanian language).

I consider this abuse and the other of the same kind (is FROM ALL MAY 2006 THAT WE SOPPORT THIS!) a violates Second Life's Community Standards or Terms of Service!. I consider that this kind of abuse are also federal crime for the US law !

I'm here to play and enjoy in Sl but i no sopport to be insulted (i and my friends) for razial, religions or politcal reasons from criminal kids that can exist in YOUR COMPUTERS whithout problems (and if you no will take actions, of course, i will consider this).

Last PvP abuse that i have reported is Abuse: E:1 P:1 V1.10.0.34 (Calleta)[Misc] "abuse of (removed)".
The friends of this razist champion (removed) are:

1) S(removed) O(removed)
2) H(removed) H(removed)
3) C(removed) D(removed)
4) H(removed) T(removed)
5) S(removed) A(removed)
and, of course, h(removed).

Also i have all kind of evidence of all abuses (history chat and photos) and my friends are whitness of the abuses.

Wel now I WANT AND PRETEND that you Lindens take the apropriate actions against this razist scum boys, quickly as you are quickly to take my money from my credit card !
And i pretend, of course, to be informed about the end of this report.
I remeber to you that there is more than one report against this boys.

First, you should remove their names from your post. This is against the TOS. Don't complcate the situation by giving "firepower" to the other side. Keep YOUR hands squeeky-clean.

Second, if they are shooting at you etc, AFTER you file the abuse report, hop onto Live Help and ask if there are any Lindens available. Often times they are and can help you right then. (and verify your report at the same time)

Remember... When you throw dirt, you loose ground.

Just yesterday i speak whith a linden in Live help meanwhile the scums attack me and my friends and NOTHING HAPPENS!

No one lindens had come here and the linden on the live help speak to me that i must report the abuse in the apropriate topic!

Ok now i write it in this topic and you tell me that i must go to live help! What is this? A game?
I'm no smile for that!. So Lindens have the power to stop this: USE IT!

There is some kind of police here in SL? They are sleeping?
Pheraps the Lindens protect them?

Try to think that i and my friends ARE UPSET !!

The lindens, by policy, CAN NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL AFTER YOU FILE THE REPORT.

AFTER you file the report, typical live help should go something like this...

Even then as it is a busy game Lindens are usually busy. As a very out homo-boy, I have dealt with people like this before. It takes the Lindens time to work through the reports and to verify what you say. Yes, people do file false reports. (not saying you are)

Also, you should be sure to ask your witnesses to ALSO file reports. 1 report from 10 people will get more response than 10 reports from 1 person.

I sympathize with you. I have been there. I know it sucks.

Just for a notice: my friends HAVE JUST REPORTED THEM (the names of the kids are the same!)

How many reports we must send before to have ONE ACTION FROM LINDENS? Give me a number so i will know!

What you describe is certainly a violation of SL Community Standards--as well as being the acts of utter scumbags. Keep reporting it. Have your friends who are present as such incidents file Abuse Reports, as well. The more ARs the better.

I must agree with the previous poster. I would edit your post to remove the names you have named--that is (inexplicably so) a violation of the Community Standards, as well

Finally--what they are doing is not a violation of US law.

Please aswer What the Lindens will do about this kind of abuse. I'm here to speak of that, no to reply to many topics.

In my experience, people dumb enough to blatantly abuse like that get suspensions, if they're ARed with chat logs, screenshots or whatever. (This is why the more experienced racists seem less likely to do that sort of thing, instead preferring to pretend that it's just "ordinary" griefing.)

It may not happen immediately though. It can take days.

Tamara, be patient longer..Lindens office is closed this weekend. They open on Tuesday and maybe they will be more aggressive in their response to the troublemakers. Remove the troublemakers from your "friends list" so that they can't map you and move to another area until Lindens can help.

LL does take racist abuse VERY seriously. Just wondering tho, HOW do you know this is specifically a racist attack or an attack because of your sexual orientation and not a bunch of random asshats?

But as milady said, there ARE Lindens in-word BUT an abuse report will not probably be looked at and addressed til Tuesday due to the holiday.

And they DO respond to the AR's just not w/ a puplic flogging, so you will never known the outcome of your report.

Because i and my friends have chat history and photos as evidence of that. NO random assault, we are sure.

Well that's even better. Send that along w/ the abuse report as I'm sure you already did and they WILL take appropriate action.

Jsut a thought, Have they fixed the chat log being sent with the AR's? I thought that option was broke? Anyone know for sure.

If you can, take screenshots of teh chatlogs to send along with the AR just in case.

Also, the more different people that send reports on a given situation, the better. So if all your frineds are with you, have all of them send reports. Give LL the ammunition they need to nail jerks like this.

I was just going to say that - I was recently attacked by a misguided idiot, and ticked the "send chatlog" and "send screenshot" options. Afterwards I heard those options don't work so I sent the chatlog in an email.

I know it must be awful, but LL takes these ARs seriously and does not in any way condone such abuse. Things don't move as fast as we'd like - I'm sure LL has to be very careful.

first off i sympathize with your situation.

Perhaps it might be to your advantage to teleport a friend whose native language is English when you are be harrashed in this. To communicate easier with the Lindens/ file a Abuse report they will have an easier time deciphering.

Griefers who are harrasing people who have a limited, relatively ability to defend themselves becuase of their native language is truley low =/

Last thing I recall seeing on this the Send Screenshot works and the Send Chatlog is not so much broken as it is turned off. It's been turned off for months now, I think, without any big public announcement having been made - no announcement at all, so far as I am am aware, not even to the liaisons, or not an effective one, some liaisons were still telling people to check the send chatlog box a good while after I brought this up in the Answers forum.

For chat based abuse reports, people should cut and paste from the chat history, identify the offending chat, give the exact time the offending chat took place, and possibly the exact place - these may differ from the time and place automatically sent with the abuse report, especially if one leaves the scene of a particularly annoying or boring display of misbehavior. I think it's good to include a quote of the exact part of the Community Standards or TOS being violated as well.

I would imagine that 'zgane' would equal 'gypsy' (or even Roma) in English.

You know that you have the ability to ban them from your land? (Although the ban is not much help against griefers, because they can still fly over).

I Abuse Report griefers all the time and most of them still get to keep their accounts... The fact is even if they do get banned they can easily come back with a new one. If they crash the grid and get sued it only stops that 1 person if they have morailty, if not then they keep doing it. One persons punishment is another persons invitation. :/

Thx very much. My friends all can speak easy english language (it is very difficutl find another people like me that come form Romany, here in Sl) and they help me for this situation. Of course i can' t write here the names, to protect them because this is a public forum. But they can speak, whith me, to the lindens in live help or in another mode is prefered.

Yes, it is correct traslation.

We, of course , can ban them from the land but the problem is that in one land we have a shop and we don' t know how much of this idiots are in Sl. The idiots scum come here whith many accounts and the shop must be open for all.

Of couse, because Lindens DO NOT MAKE ACTIONS OF BAN the scums come again in our lands and we can' t stop them. I can' t stay online for 24h only to fight vs idiots.

It is natural that, because no one BAN them, they think that they can do whit me and my friends what they want.

I want just say that this is not a good spot for SL and anyone who want stay here! Maybe Lindens must take more seriously this kind of problems or SL will be abbandoned from people that, like me, have this kind of problems.

The question is simple: make no autorized action in a computer whith lan (or internet connetion) is a crime, in US and Europe.

The idiots make abuse on me and my friends and that are no autorized actions, also that violation of the terms to use SL.
So i don' t understand why Lindens don' t resolve this kind of problems!

Every relase of SL the Lindens say that the graphic performance will go up. Ok this is good but i prefer minor kids performance (like the graphic) and more REAL BUG fix, like the PvP problem!
