I got in for a few minutes and the first thing I found was my performance on the damn floor, usually I am at 15-18FPS, I dont own a very fast PC but now I am at 5FPS, damn :/

Lovely bug in 1.7, turn off fog, go into edit mode, drag anything over an object that is somewhat far away from you (may require wiggling around) and you get:
http://www.whatsecondlife.com/oww.gif >_X This is replicable, i've gotten 6 other people to confirm it. Checkerboarding affect may or may not occur, but it will always turn everything yellow. I realise it's not necessarily a "Bug" per-se because I don't know if the devs want us wandering around with fog off (Hey I get better FPS and see things more clearly), but it certainly is a neat affect. |
