I think we need a Marcush Nemeth forum.

People that ask non sculpty related questions in the Building Tips forum are now more likely to receive help since the arrival of sculpties. This is simply because there's more people reading the forum.

I never used to read this forum until sculpties arrived. But since doing so, I've helped a few people on things that weren't sculpty related.

...and now I've even helped Marcush STFU already!.

There was a proposal in jira for a sculpted prim forum with sub-forums for topics specific to different modeling software. https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-135

The proposal is titled "Sculpted Prim Forum"

Torley rejected it, marked it resolved, "Resolution: Won't Fix"

Torley's office hours are Fridays at 6am and 2pm (SL time) (http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Office_Hours#Torley_Linden[/url). We should show up and explain why we think she should change her mind.

Uuuhhh, yes where is the problem? I think we should have all those as well. What's the big issue on having a few more forums? Make them sub-forums where they belong, and it's no more work for LL, and you make your customers happy.

Dont see what the problem is here either. Breaking down into sub-forums doesnt mean your going to have more posts to moderate, thus requiring more resources ect, your simply categorizing more efficiently. Just because you add a new heading which reads: SCULPTIES, isnt going to encourage a whole flood of sculptie enthusiasts, who've never posted before and wouldnt have without the sub-forum, to start up new threads which require moderation. Right now they just post em in the building department.
The only problem with sub-forums is that you need someone to write a few lines of code in the website to accomodate them. SOMETHING MY 15 YEAR OLD NEICE COULD HANDLE. Sorry Torley, feeble response.
