After posting this thread on Augmented Reality, I started thinking about how SL and RL can blend, visually. I also thought about how I often see pictures taken from within SL, and how in SL we often see RL photos rezzed.
But I haven't really seen the two kinds of images blended together. Pictures of RL that have elements of SL in them, and vice versa. Surreal mixes of the virtual and the real.
So I thought it might be fun to start a thread and see if anyone has already created "RL/SL mix" pictures.
I'll start by adding one that I made of me and my SL avatar. I used this in a slideshow presentation I was giving on how to explain "real vs. virtual identity." How some people (like myself) try to recreate their physical world identity in a virtual way.
(just don't laugh too hard...ty)

HOW COOL!! I do remember a little while back someone took a photo of themselves in their back yard in the "Editing a prim" position, then superimposed the SL prims he was editing. Way cute. That was Eddie Escher I think. It was a great pic! _____________________

Just as an aside, I was originally going to post this in the Gallery forum. But since that is really just focused on screenshots of SL, I figured General was the place for it.
