That's very... weird. I think he's saying that they'll move this bug so it only affects the newer, more pretty rendering engine, and not the fallback mode.
Srsly, what? I think then we'll have even more LOADS of people angry about the issue because it uglies up the newer rendering engine instead!

New title: "WindLight: Fallback shiny is partially invisible"
Obviously, the new title has jack shit to do with what everyone has been commenting on, voting for, and posting pictures of.
