Allowing Playboy model avatars into SL only puts pressure on the female community by setting unrealistic standards for appearance. Those bodies are unrealistically acheivable for the majority of SL females. 
Oh, I wouldn't worry about that. Thousands will visit the Playboy sim "just to read the articles".
