Thanks Skye. I just worry about renting my land on many levels. Someone rented my land yesterday and I popped over to say hi and he said "Who are you? A Neighbour?" so I explained that I was the person he was renting off and to contact me if there were any problems ... he seemed surprised that I'd turned up at all.

Having rented many times myself- it's fair to say that the land owner showing up to say hi is pretty unusual. Only had it happen once out of the dozen or so properties I've rented, but I did have one other IM me to say hi and make sure I had no troubles getting into the land group.

Ciaran, Avacea,

I am looking for a pleasant place to live. If you having something available, I'd be interested in taking a look.

So lately I've been hunting for more land to rent and am having difficulties finding any. Why? Because apparently people have problems....reading. Land For Rent is filled with Land Sales. Is there an easier way to search for land rentals?

Usually, people put land up for rent, but after a while of being vacant, they put the land up for sale and just don't update the description.

check out apez.biz! Some people that are renting advertise on that site.
