I sell special cupcakes

I sell special cupcakes. I have no competition. People love my cupcakes. I have a ton of customers. They pay me a lot of money up front for these cupcakes because they are so wonderful. You can own a plot of space in my store. You pay me monthly to keep your plot. You can even sell things yourself by placing ads at my store. You pay me up front for that too.

One day it got to the point were I could not handle all the business that was flooding in. I could have shut the doors and fixed things, hired more helpers, or limited the number of customers, but I love money. So I said keep coming in. Then my cupcake machine broke down. I could not give you the cupcakes you were owed. You could not sell your piece of the store because no one could see it was for sale or get to the plot to buy it. You could not sell your things because I was no longer running the ads you payed for.

You started complaining. I put cotton in my ears and did not respond. You asked for your money back. I told you to read the TOS. It clearly states I don't have to give you squat.

So here is my question: Why the hell are you letting me get away with this? I suggest you report me to the Better Business Bureau or to anyone else who will listen. And for god's sake stop paying me money. My cupcakes are special but you don't deserve to be treated like crap and have your money taken from you for something you are not getting.

We need more of these threads. Please keep creating new threads instead of adding to one of the dozens of existing threads.

Mine was special. It used a parable.

I think we need MORE threads on the shabby performance. How about for every hour that goes by where they don't give us updates to the blog, someone adds another thread?

I sell across the street anyhow so why should i work hard and make something up myself when its already done so well

Knock yourself out.. Maybe you can go in-world and make objects that pound the crap outta sims and the grid, just to show people how bad things are.

It was bad enough you didn't hire who you needed to, or try to find out how to help all the people you promised things to, but once you put the cotton in your ears and ignored all the justified complaints, it was the *cough* icing on the cupcake...

The closing of Linden Answers didn't have to do with griefers, it had to do with people using it as a bitch forum instead of what it was supposed to be used for. Do you think that they don't know that SL is hurting right now? Do you think that anybody on the forums doesn't know? Do you think they can just shut it down for a day and "fix it!"?

I have a fine sense of humor. The endless moaning and "lets spam to see if that makes things better" routine doesn't really amuse me, though.

Colorful.... like a cupcake with rainbow colored sprinkles. But would sprinkles be 'bling' and if you used too many sprinkles would it affect the environment as a whole?

I personally think that having the forums overflow with everyone complaining about grid performance sends a strong message. This doesnt actually happen unless things are really screwed up. Repetition is a good way to get people's attention and make them remember things.

I realize the cupcake business is booming, but you should consider selling empty spaces in the cupcake trays. Allow your customers to start an auction, they can bid on empty spaces that cupcakes will eventually be made in. If they do not pay for the cupcakes to be made in that space in the tray within 90 days, they have to pay you a recurring fee to reserve the space that their cupcake will eventually be made in. Just an idea.

Meade, if all the whining in the forums bothers you, then why do you still read them? No one's forcing you to browse these threads, and you can always just ignore them.

Rainbow colored cupcakes are broadly offensive. All cupcakes should be as bland as possible so as not to offend any eaters out there.

Actually Meade is in the right and the OP is in the wrong, the rules of the forum is clearly specific about what post content is and is not allowed. time and time again this is being abused.

Hear is a idea, if you dont like it, dont bother posting another complaint thread, just quit SL... because if you dont take that step you will get banned from the forums, then banned from SL

We all know theres alot of problems in SL, and droning out the same ole sheet over and over again doenst help matters, by posting BS like this thread, your not being a part of the solution. you want to be a part of the solution, think you can fix things, by all means get on it, LL has provided people with the tools to help fix things. Old saying, if you cant help out, shut up

When you make the cupcakes, do you list one set of ingredients on the box, then use another to make them?

Is there transfat in the cupcakes? Cause I can't have transfat...but they sound yummy.
