You know what? This sucks. This is just plain stupid. There is zip excuse for LL not doing this work.
Not that I've seen them offer any. Maybe I've missed it, but I have seen nowhere where LL explains why they set up this procedure and then simply let it wither on the vine, not taking care of the customers who have requested to buy more Lindens. coco _____________________

You can't login with your Chinese Wise name? Did you forget the password or the correct screen name? Although I wasn't around for it, there was a security breech sometime last year in the later months. Maybe you have to find the email associated with your old account, and verify your information.

The majority of my email at work is generated by colleagues in China, Japan and Tawain and most of the emails read like this...it's such hard work
 Seriously though, ldea Loon, Allot of your problem is being lost in translation here. Are you saying that you have cancelled your account whilst you still had $300 USD dollars worth of credit. If so then you should keep trying to call Linden Labs. Stay up late one night so that you can call them very early (US time). Alternatively keep emailing, write them a letter etc. Why was your account cancelled? or do you not know? _____________________

Idea: That's the list of the last 10 things you bought in world. It's a security thing, so you know if your account has been hacked or if you forget your password. Now, when you log in, what kind of message do you get? Most likely, the only ones who can help you will be the Lindens. You may want to try IMing one in world and explain what's going on. IM directly, don't use the Help Request, since they'll only tell you to email or call Support. _____________________

The most approachable ones I've found have been Hermia and Torley Linden. I'm not too familiar with the Lindens beyond the few times I've had to ask them to come to one of their lands. These two might not be able to help you directly, but they should be able to guide you to the one that can.

I went in world and asked the Lindens what to do in this situation. Here is what they said.
