You're not allowed to name people on the forums, let alone attack someone, post conversation logs and do it 6 times over.
Also keep in mind that in mind that any forum suspension likely means you'll be suspended in-world as well. The best thing to do would be to edit/delete all your posts and calm down some. On-topic: Don't ever buy anything from someone who isn't well-known, there is absolutely no protection for consumers. |

Unfortunately the av whose first name rhymes with 'til' and last name rhymes with 'Dark Tucci' is well known as a gun seller. Many are modified freebies, and he is rather illiterate (first hand experience). If you're looking for weapons try Breach, Neosynthetics, Black Ops, Carlos, and Novum Inc.
Carducci guns have been banned in every roleplay sim I've gone to due to poor scripting amongst other problems (yes naming in this manner is allowed). I don't recommend them, except as paperweights. _____________________

 The sad part is your starting to see this more and more because all the little ass clowns are figuring out that the Lindens will not do much of anything about anything. So they are starting to take people for a ride. Its only going to get worse. |

Somebody IM the guy in-world and tell him he could get suspended or banned for his activity here. I don't think he's reading forum messages. I'd do it myself but I'm not at home. No need to get into a fight with him. Just be diplomatic and empathise with him. He needs to know that the forums are an ass, and to get his stuff out of here ASAP.

No new business would ever get off the ground if everyone only bought from established names. To the OP, you're running the risk of losing everything by leaving these posts with names and chat logs. I personally have no clue about weapons, so I wouldn't have any idea where to go. I wouldn't bother with places or classifieds though, but instead just ask a few friends I know who do use weapons on a good reference of where to go peek. Whichever store gets mentioned the most is where I'd go look first.Failing that, if you're buying something from someone you have no references for, send off an IM with a relevant question. In the case of a weapon I'd probably ask if it would work together with my prim nails which attach to left/right hand. The actual answer isn't really important, but the tone is. Is he/she helpful/considerate/insulting/rude/doesn't get back to you at all? Based on the response you can decide whether you'll risk it or not. |

"Well known" does not equal good products. "Well known" does not equal the many things that people constantly asssume it does. What people need to do is buy from a reputable "business". There are too many wannabes who have no type of customer service what so ever. On a side note- I wonder if "Lil" was drunk. I personally had a run in with the Carducci owner months back when I was looking to buy a gun to play around with. I`m not sure if it was "Lil" but he was extremely well mannered and decent. |

But there's the problem - how can any of us know if the logs are authentical? That's why it's not permitted to post such things here, because it's possible to defame a resident (not saying that you did).
If you send an AR in such a case, the Lindens have the option to check the original logs, unlike us. All you can do is hope for them to handle it in a correct way. |

Off topic, but since this thread isn't good for much else anyway- I find it really difficult to believe that every chat and every IM is logged by Linden Lab's servers. That would require an insane amount of storage capacity in the database. Is there anyone who can confirm that all of it actually *is* logged? 40,000 plus residents all yammering away 7 days a week 24 hours a day? Even if over 24 hours it averages 30k.. that's astronomical.

I would bet my life that everything is logged if only to save their Linden Butts if the law needs those records for some reson. They may not keep them log but I bet they have them.
