Stranger in a Strange Land Agreed, a good book. Turns organised religion on its head. But Time Enough For Love is part of a related chain of novels, perhaps best followed by To Sail Beyond The Sunset in my own opinion An interesting thought on from that is that if we ever develop AI in the form of a self-aware intelligent computer programme, create a virtual reality world, and input multiple copies of that intelligence, that would not be dissimilar to our current perceived universe in terms of the concept of intelligent design (a creation theory) and quantum physics |

Arthur Dent eventually gets to one of my favourite passages where he opens his fridge on returning home and "picked the three things that moved the least .. and called them breakfast" Being a hobbit that bit makes me chuckle every time I think of it! _____________________
