server is in dallas, getting constant packetloss outside of client using tracerts and ping tests.

so yesterday file files a support request on the sim... with a bunch of data explaining and showing the packet loss.
today, packet loss is <3% on avg however, avatars are all grey. prikm textures load just fine, but 95% of all avatar textures and attachments do not load.

From: Sindy Tsure Which sim is this? hantal we did a reboot, back upto about 2%~7% packetloss... but avatar textures seem to load and objects can again talk to each other.

From: Athena Sterling hantal I just looked around at Hantal and the surrounding sims.. Don't have any answers for you but do (now) know that: none of the sims neighboring Hantal are on the same physical server, all of these sims are in Texas and that I got a steady 0.0 packet loss to all of these sims. /me wonders if there is some router somewhere between Athena & her friends and Texas which is not between me and Texas that is acting up.. |

I am having numbers of 10-70%. It is making the game unplayable to me. It will often take 20 minutes for a piece of clothing to show up on my av. and my maps never load all the way. The lag is horendous. I ran the WINMTR and I showed 0 loss everywhere. How can I have 0 on that test and 70 in world? I have emailed help but have received no reply as of yet. My 2 home sims are the worst but its totaly hit and miss.
