Where do you get this list from? I guess i need to work at getting my name off this list. This is getting worst and worst.

One list is maintained by Banlink, where landowners and shopowners can pick up bans by peers whose judgment they trust. The idea is to keep out griefers and other low-lifes. It is a very good idea to check the banlink site - if you are banned by someone there (sounds like you might be) you have the option of disputing the ban. People take the disputes seriously. I know this for a fact. Once I found some psycho calling me a pedophile on it because he disagreed with me on a forum. I didn't suffer any in that case, and he was eventually banned from SL for other reasons, but the experience was instructive. It is a base you very definitely do need to touch.

Do it.

I am deeply sorry about this. I have heard countless stories of people destroyed by allegations and rumors in Second Life. To me, the people who spread rumors and take allegations at face value without hearing both sides and looking at the evidence are even worse than the scammers/griefers. The amount of witchhunts in SL is unbelievable.

To attempt to correct this grave error, I suggest you collect lists of the major sources of the allegations; most likely it comes from sources such as the Justice League, Banlink users, and other "security" groups. Then face the accusers and tell your side.

This is a wonderful example of precisely how such rumors get started in the first place. Somebody makes a random, unqualified allegation as though it were fact, and things roll down hill from there - and nearly always, such statements have ulterior motives.

If you have, in fact, been accused, go directly to the source of the accusation and simply ask instead of running off on a wild goose chase. You'll very likely have your answer in short order.

NOT on Banlink

12 days old???? I was born over 90 days ago (4/2/2007). In that 90 days, I have become a paid member and my DJing business has made over 50K, and now you want me to walk away???? I am a legitimate Businessman that is trying to save his SL business at the moment.

I checked SLBanlink for you, and you are NOT on Banlink - nobody on BanLink has any mention of you, let alone a ban (including the Justice League). Your record on BanLink is clean as a whistle, which means not a single group out of the hundreds of sims currently represented has made any comment on you whatsoever, at least not as an official entry on BanLink.

If anyone wishes to check their BanLink records, they may do so at http://slbanlink.com. BanLink is not a "security group" - it is a trusted-peer banning system used by merchants and estate owners alike, currently providing first-line anti-griefer protection to roughly 2300 of the most popular sims in Second Life.
