It's actually Mainz, and he is taking part in this. I found a clearer version of the video on http://en.sevenload.com/videos/f9aInk1/Report-Mainz-Kinderpornographie-in-Second-Life and compared it.

Here you can see it's the same person, and he goes on to say it's a 13 year old girl being raped. Why did he even use the ball?

Astonishing. I guess we do need a confirming translation here, but if it is a good translation: Shouldn't this guy, the reporter, be reported to the German authorities? I mean, if all this is true, he reported on the air that he believed he was having virtual sex with a 13-year-old girl, didn't he? Believed he was corrupting the morals of a minor, then? That's a crime here in the US, and it is hard to imagine it is not a crime in Germany. And there are thousands of witnesses all over Germany, not to mention the videotape itself. Should be fun seeing him get on the air and have to confess he grossly distorted the whole report and staged at least part of it himself in order to keep his sorry yellow-journalism ass out of jail.

Anybody have contact info for the German police for German speaking Residents to use to turn this criminal in? As soon as we get confirmation that this translation is full and accurate?

proof that it could not possibly be Mainz

perhaps it is the avatar of reporters Thomas Dauser or Nick Schader?
in any case strange that they would do such a thing

But anyway aside from his comments in italics and bracketed Aleister's translation is a good one.

Yeah first name looks like Thomas.

If you want to compare it to another translation: http://www.secondlifeinsider.com/2007/05/11/transcript-of-the-german-piece-about-age-play/

I should have googled earlier, that would have saved some time :) That guy had obviously some problems translating certain words, but all in all it seems to be quite close to the original text too.
