Anybody else not get their stipend today?

Somebody needs to pay for LL's lawyer fees.








And just for the record, I got my 500 stipend yesterday.

I'm just a little bunny on a basic account and I didn't get my stipend. >sniff< Neither did any of my friends.

Well I just checked again. A day later and still no stipend, also no land directory listing fee for two parcels I have listed, and classifieds that were to renew yesterday were not charged.

They charged my classifieds today. Still no stipend.

My stipend was credited ok yesterday, but another SL member's (who is part of my RL family) was not! I think she was beginning to feel a bit victimised, so I am glad to be able to point out that she is not the only one affected - and I'm not being specifically favoured! We are often argueing over who gets to use the better computer in the house for SL as it is - I can do without further bones of contention.

As posted in another thread about this, as of this moment still no stipend.

Wow, I must of missed the train some where. I just tried calling LL and got a message that they no longer take phone calls and to visit support on the web page? What the heck you can't call them anymore?
Did I dial a wrong number? OH MY.

This would be better if it didn't refer to "monthly stipends". I certainly hope we're not moving to monthly instead of weekly.

No password reset but also no 500L stipend. Off to file a trouble ticket thingy now. Ironically no trouble taking my classified fees though.

No stipend here either, but no trouble taking my LL for my for classified.

Just had a reply to my ticket about this which said they are aware of it, and to keep an eye on the blog for info.

They then closed the ticket whilst completely ignoring the second issue I raised with them...

Hmm, just went through my transaction history and no, no stipend for this week. got last week, but nada this week.

As it had been over 24-hours since the system failed to give me my weekly stipend I submitted a support ticket and got the following response:



As far as the support system is concerned my problem was solved (though I never did get my stipend) and it marked the support ticket as "Closed"

I also had to reset my password. My original password was 7 characters. When I tried a new 7 character password, I got the message says "password must be 8 characters".

I have an alt that has a 8 character password, that password still works.


I also didn't recieve my stipend this week.

Wow OVER 24 hours later we finally get something from Lindens telling us they are aware of the problem. Good going lindens for being on top of it. (sarcasm)

I also had it mentioned in response to one of my support tickets (mainly talking about another problem I had, but I mentioned stipends in it as well). Response is much appreciated. But like I said, that support ticket was about another SL issue I was having since yesterday and I mentioned the weekly stipend problem in it as well. So in the solution response I got this;

"Regarding the stipend issue, this has been identified and we will rectify this."

I guess the original support ticket I sent them concerning stipends will be answered with just the solution, which will be when it's fixed. But I was glad to see this response.

I hate them closing tickets by way of we know its a problem..

If I ever did that wthout resolving the problem I would be fired! And rightly so..

On the other hand it would be nice to just close all my tickets with the acknowledgement that I know its a problem without troubleshooting any of them
