I've been reading these forums, and realized that I didn't get my stipend either. Or, at least, it's not showing up on the website and in my account history. I'm at work, so can't try logging into SL until I get home. However, I logged out of the forums and then logged back in and my password worked just fine. Does this mean it will also work when I try to log onto SL at home? Just wondering.

I had to reset my password last night AND this morning, and I received my stipend somewhere in between.
Sunni, if your password works on the website after logging out, it *should* work for the viewer. _____________________

I haven't gotten my stipend, but I haven't had to reset my password either.

Thanks, Ann. I e-mailed my husband at home and told him to try logging in since I was reading the forums on this issue. He didn't have any problems with his password and he did get his stipend. So maybe they've fixed the problem?! One can hope, anyway. Guess I'll find out for sure when I try to log on tonight. Hope it's working....just bought new land and want to finish decorating my house!

A number of us received invalid password errors when we tried to log in and were forced to reset; others did not receive their stipends but were able to log in; still others had both issues. If your password was working, there was no reason to reset it and reseting it will not cause your stipend to be paid. Well, probably...LL is a little, erm, quirky sometimes.  _____________________

Didn't need to reset my password, didn't get my stipend. Sent a support ticket, says it's "Being worked on". So according to their rules there, it *HAS* been reviewed. So let's hope for the best. I included some thread links in the ticket to point them to other people having the same issue. Keep your fingers crossed!

Well I went to the website answered a question reset my password to the samething it was and logged in! I did not get any Stipend today though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Didn't have to reset login, and did not get my weekly stipend either. Have yet to hear any info on why though. Seems all my friends got theirs. Shaking my head as to why some got them and others did not.

It seems there are alot of people, like me, who had both problems.
There also seems to be a third gremlin in the mix. When I log in to the new help system, it thinks I am Giannia_Rossini Rossini. I do have a support ticket from before the gremlins, and I don't recall that I had three names when I filed it. So, my questions here are: Do I remember wrong? Does everybody have 3 names? If not, does this affect only me, or others? Does it correlate with the other gremlins? |
