5 hours damn it!!! 5 hours, and I still can't log in! Annoying thing is according to Friends Online page there are 2 UK friends in and playing... grrrrrr!!!!
I've even had to resort to going to my nieces birthday party in RL....( OK, OK, I was going anyway) .... but 5 hours and the blog still says .. there are some problems.... NO KIDDING!
Ohhh... this is new... now the Log in process is saying:
"Unable to establish a secure connection to the login server. Often this means your computer's clock is set incorrectly."
So its my fault now!!!

Okay I still can't log in. This is crazy. There are people on SL but I am in Canada. Is anything going on that I don't know about? Am I now the only one waiting to get on?

So its my fault now!!! GRRRrrrrrrrr That was the first message I got when I tried to log in. Its not you! Don't let them fool you.. YOUR NOT TO BLAME!!! lol. I did have to just start up the login process and literally walk away for a few minutes. I did this over and over and over and just as I was about to give up.. poof I was in world. Fortunately for me I'm just working on making clothing so I haven't had any issues. |

The grid is still having problems. No new update or explanation of the cause of the problem as of yet.
http://blog.secondlife.com/2007/02/12/grid-issues-recurred/ After attempting to log in and it hanging for about 2 minutes I receive the following message: "Despite our best efforts, something has gone wrong. Please check www.secondlife.com/status and the Second Life Announcements forum to see if there is a known problem with the service." You know, when the grid is having problems, the viewer is kind of like an 8ball. It is shaken and reveals a random message for your future. I'm sure if I try again I will get a different error message. I am a resident living in the USA and Second Life has been down for about 7 hours for me. Ah well, not the end of the world...so to speak. |

I work for a large computer company. We have to fix things within four hours! So whats happening. Please explain why its taking sooooooo looooong and then maybe we can appreciate the problem. |

Well since I posted I have gotten on a few times but everytime I come out invisible cant see myself at all every single time and cant see my money amount or attempt to change appearance. Not much I can do . This kind of stuff usually only happens after a new download . What is this RL game you mention?
