Unable to log in from UK past hour or so?

Title say's it all, although SL website suggests 22,000 currently on line.

Log in just hangs. No messages.

Ya i can not get in eather im from the uk since 5.30pm still trying oh well have to play a little runescape instead lol hope its up and running soon.

I've managed to get in but can't tp, im, view profiles, search, etc etc, so you're not missing much.

Looks like it's been like this for the past 5 or 6 hours according to the blogs.

Im Handcuffed and hogtied and in Mouse look and cant get on to release.
Lindens must be flogged for this

I was worried it was just me but obviously other people with same problem - what IS GOING ON?
Please post here if YOU are having same problem so I can tell that it is still off.

I was going to try to buy a skin, but I am going to wait until this blows over. I haven't even tried to log in for hours. The blog does not say it is resolved yet.

Just found an alternative game called RL, think i'll give it a try instead.LOL

i'm busy attempting to log and have been for about 3 hours and I am in north america (its Linden Labs not the UK I would think)

I'm in Canada if that helps hehe but the grid has had a meltdown given up and putting wrinkles in my clothes (err the ones i am busy working on.. that sounded wierd but..)

I have been trying to log in since 16:30 pm gmt, it is a nightmare, this really screws up social situations, I suppose that the Lindens are doing all they can, and I don't think Runescape is a decent alternative, so RL it is then, yawn....

Maybe a battery on a motherboard died or something. Isn't that what happened last time there was a mysterious outage for like 16 hours? lol

Been trying to log in for the past hour but have been unsuccesful, im in sweden so it seems to happen to peopla all over.

Anyone else still having this issue? It's 3:17 pm EST here and I still can't get in. I'm just checking to make sure the problem isn't just me. Thanks

I logged early "Region Down" so i was teleported to a newbie PG area
So i TP to Kira's House.... on the office i try for 2 hours TP back to Nokab... nothing...
TP Bugged, IM Bugged.... ggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Errr.. please ignore that last post. It did take me several tries and I had to actually leave the log in screen for a while but I finally made it in world.

Kiko, forget RL, its horrible. You can't TP, heck you can't even fly. The prim hair's pretty good though, and it does rez very quickly.

Oh, and you can't sit down anywhere. I keep touching the chairs but none have poseballs.

If it makes you all feel any better, you're not missing anything but inevitable frustration. Packet loss is mental, shit is failing everywhere, and search is often returning about 5 results. Even if you're in, it really isn't usable right now.

nobody is moving or saying anything, i can chat but no reply, Strange.....
