...To me, SL is: -a home where I will never feel unwelcome, where I can be whatever I want to, nothing is wrong. I can sit by myself and think, or go find endless possibilities of things to do. -full of fantastic friends who support me when I need it, or just give me a good giggle when I'm feeling low. -the opportunity to Travel and explore places I dont get to see in Real Life, either because of distance, or that it is impossible in Real life - to see other people's ideas and dreams. -a way to express my own creativity - nothing is impossible. I can create whatever I wish. Usually with the camera. Most of all, SL is FUN. I don't come online just to copy RL. I come to enjoy myself, to laugh, create, discover... Oh Claire...I SO hope someone at LL is reading and listening to this thread. That's a beautiful statement of what SL is. _____________________

I LL has a hook into the ID, and doesn't realize it. They should be working with well-known authors to develop sims that tickle our souls - transcendentally beautiful sims, deeply horrific sims, trap sims, fantasy romance sims. THIS!! I have been to so many wonderful places in SL. I have albums on Snapzilla filled with Photos. I also think that the virtual worlds should first link to entertainment entities before ever venturing near fads like twitface.
