Actually there was an occasion when someone proposed (RL & SL) to a friend of mine in my workshop. The place has never seemed quite the same since.

Well it happened! My friend Noriko Tamura told me that the persons concerned did indeed IM her, and the proposal was made, and accepted, in the Scheherazade Gardens!!  ) With a wedding coming up shortly with another couple, I can see this becoming the location of choice for true romantics. The few tenants on that private island sim must be the luckiest tenants in sl by far, the place is just awesome. |

Oh, how lovely and romantic...*sighs*... /me's poor withered old heart begins to beat again...if only for a minute (isn't there a gap in the market for a 'Romantic Proposal' service, seeing as how SL people tend to get 'married' every four weeks or so, on average? ...and back to my normal cynical, grasping self... ) |
