I looked at JiN Amdahl's profile and he/she was born in September 06, and is a member of some spanish groups, and is from spain. My guess is that he/she is not trolling and is actually that stupid.

JiN, your post is a colossal mess of obvious errors in thinking.

First of all you request the club shut down, failing to realize that the owner is not responsible for what their guests do /unless the club is designed blatantly for sexual ageplay purposes/. After inspection I found out that this is not the case; the avatars I saw on my visit were all obvious adults, and the vendors and such only featured obvious adults.

By saying you are going to "publish information" if the club is shut down, you are basically blackmailing LL, which will get you permaban faster than you can say "grey goo."

Though I agree with LL's stance on ageplay, ageplay RP is legal in the U.S., and therefore there is nothing you can sue for because LL is located in the U.S. The court system in your own country will probably tell you this after rejecting your suit and laughing at you.

Last but not least, if there actually _was_ ageplay going on (which I doubt because you have shown yourself to be an obvious nitwit) you failed to actually report it using the tools availiable to you.

So it took you DAYS? to monitor this to decide whether or not they were less than 16 years old!

Let me restate some things that came up in previous threads on similar, and I use the referance extremely loosely, topics.

First, Not all short Av are children or under 18, some are simply more accurate reprisentations of the residents IRL, which may include shortness of stature and bust size.

Second, Not all Av's are played by girls, or should I say women if we assume everyone is 18+.

Lastly, Unless you submitted an AR to LL with a lot more evidence then a simple claim of age and intent, LL has no obligation to do anything. In fact in this case they could sue you for slander, as your threats carry no evidence of basis for any of us to believe otherwise.

Would I submit an AR is I saw sexual ageplay in progress? Most certainly. I for one do not agree with sexual roleplay, even among consenting aged adult characters, but I know some people still like to have that element open to them. I can tolerate it as long as it is not placed in front of me, and thus I AVOID areas in SL where such things take place, I believe there are other ways of expressing affection between characters/individuals.

All that being said, if you are hanging around these places just to monitor and police them you need a new life and a new second life while you are at it.
