If you delete me Mister- I am not going to be a happy camper! - And FD...you wouldn't like me when I' angry...  FD- I wanted to tell you- I read your blog entry today- it was beautiful. The Tree story sounds as if it would be magnificent. The description reminded me of Jean Paul Satre's Huis Clos - the idea of souls telling their tales and all. As a good friend of mine says, dude, you rock Well Amara there are some special exceptions that I never delete. And you're one of them... I am not familiar with Jean Paul Satre's work. /FD is quite miserable at the moment I lost a entire level in my private hole where I am working on the dungeon tree of souls... And SL says the land is zero, nothing really is working. I am ruthed in major frozen way. I guess it either nap time, or time to paint instead of doodling in world. _____________________

Congrats, Mac! You've been the keeper of this thread since reply #2. Could not have gone to a more deserving person. Going in-world for the first time in over a week just to pay up.

Thanks again everyone for the congrats and lindens, posts, etc. I will come back later to check to see if there has been a change. I have no idea how much time Strife needs if he does this, but I will hold off on spending a linden of the take until everyone is satisfied with the legitimacy of my win. ah as in before or after the 20,000 post was made, was the delete on purpose or accidental only the ones who deleted can make that call... No one would be deleting their post at that that time.......except for cheaters. |

It would be deletions at the very end that would be obvious cheating. Maybe an alt involved, but that should be traceable. |

I'm currently listening to an audio book so I can do simple tasks (like keep track of deleted posts) while I listen. I'm inclined to just consider posts that were deleted that upset the occasional post count posts (take for example post number 998, it documents it's own post number). _____________________

It would have to be posts deleted right at the last moments as number 20,000 was about to happen or just after. The cheater(s) wouldn't have precognition. maybe just an instant after MAC was shown to win. |

I've known CX since he started posting here. He's an honorable man, and I trust him. He posted the test posts and deleted them, but he wasn't anywhere near the 20,000th post and there was nothing in it for him, plus, multiple people saw Mac win, including the guy that has the current 20,000th, and who has posted in here that Mac is the winner. What on earth is the problem here, folks? Are we out of mountains so we're manufacturing them from molehills? _____________________

These lotteries were good once upon a time to assist in thread health and longevity, but I think it is no longer useful or fun so I'm done with that aspect of this social experiment. I may not know him completely - but what I do know of the man is beyond reproach.
