Sure. Who is the judge? Under LL's terms there has to be a wager placed on a random outcome. There is no wager here, and the outcome is not random. There's a prize offered to whomever accomplishes a task. That's not even close to gambling under LL's definition or under any statutory definition of any state in the US that I am aware of. The EU countries have even looser definitions than the US of gambling.

I just hope it has the old noon sunset and sunrise settings (I loved sunset for pics, now it just makes things look weird so I have to change the settings, and then each time go in and choose that setting, if it would keep it as my default that would work)
