I went to bed. And now I'm having this horrible daymare that I have insomnia and can't sleep. You all are figments of my imagination. Entertain me.

/me settles you on the couch, tucks a comforter around you, fluffs the pillows...and turns on C-SPAN.

I'll come back in half an hour. Bet you're asleep.

Vamp- I have never needed tying... please watch my arm! You might find it more useful later if I can function with out too much pain ;)
just doing as the mistress Rioko commanded. Now then let's see what we have to work with here...Sliding a hand up the back of Amara's thigh and across her cheek - checking to see if there are any underwear seams I should be aware of. Thumb lazily drifting toward...oop...guess we don't need to worry about panty welts then do we....

I have to say Rhaorth I am disappointed that you decided to shop where you did. Even more so that you needed to tell us about it. Had you done it and kept it to yourself I would not have felt to need to voice my opinion. I recognise your right to shop where you want but in my opinion people who choose blatantly unethically operating businesses over ethically operating ones are supporting unethical practices. I may get slammed for this but I feel strongly about it.
I have decided that the only power I have to exercise is my choice and I have decided not to buy your products in addition to those stores who carry out these practices. I realise how little a monetary impact that will have btw, it is not my intent to have a monetary impact. I would not respect myself if I did not take a stand on what I beleive. It does not mean however that it does not make me sad to do so.

I will not buy from SL businesses I know or feel to be unethical nor buy products those who I know support them in any way.

wow, well I think I am done with this thread, I said where I bought them because in my opinion the item fits my needs. It has nothing to do with how someone advertises which to me is a waste anyway, search and all that BS is stupid, Thanks for your opinion on me based on where I shop, I guess you will shop nowhere, because god knows who is unethical in SL and who supports them.

Have a nice day all

real friend. ;)

LMAO! watch out for trick poseballs.

I've heard the Office Supply place downtown got in trouble because they had desks that asked for debit permissions and then emptied your bank account. :o

OK - serious question, since the subject has come up. I have my dad's desk that I want to use permanently. It's beautiful, and it's a nice reminder of him. But it's at my mom's house in California. I have no idea how long it will take to get it up here. It could be months and months. I've picked out a desk I really like to use in the meantime, but it's a little more expensive than the others. What to do? Do I get a cheapo disposable desk for the next 6-months to a year or do I spend a couple hundred dollars more and get the one I really like, even though I may end up not needing it. Getting the nice desk takes the pressure off to go to California at a time when I can't afford to take a couple days off, so that's a consideration. BTW - as far as desks go, the one I want isn't terribly expensive, either. It's not like we're talking thousands of dollars here.

hmmm...lots to consider. I'm no good at this, but it's fun.

I would get the better desk, when you get you dad's desk, it would be easier to give to someone else in the office whose desk may not be as nice.

And what's the deal with the expressions, "for Pete's sake", or "for the love of Pete" - do these reference St. Peter?

Just fits better I guess. "Penised Out". "For Penis's Sake". "For the Love of Penis...."" OK. I'll give you that one. But the others don't quite make it.

PL, the V8 Mary was enough to get mestarted to where I was able to drine up the hill to the Bagel Shop and get some coffee and some lunch. Back to the spanking business at hand....

get it. you deserve to be pampered a bit, and if you take good care of it, it will retain its value for the next guy when you are finished with it.

How old/sturdy is your Dad's desk? Not to be an alarmist but if it's a big heavy kinda thing moving them can put alot of wear and tear on it. My L$2 would be to just get the better desk and not try to force moving the other unless you're really sure.

Trout, you never know when you can get your Dad's desk. Get a good desk. You owe it to yourself. And to whoever winds up under it.

Depends on who's paying for it :)
I say get the more expensive one. It will NOT end up in the trash since someone else will want it when you're done with it. A cheap desk, on the other hand, won't last and will look cheap so it is more likely going to end up holding up the coffeemaker than being put to proper use. So the more expensive one is far better value.

Old and heavy, but solid mahogany. If I were to move it, I'd fly down, rent a truck and move it myself. I agree - you have to be careful moving stuff like that, but the workmanship on this desk is very good. The joints are all tight, the joinery is otherwise excellent and the desk is very solid.

I think I'm going with the nicer desk. That way I can take my time with my dad's desk, and maybe Craiglist the new one when I don't need it anymore.

I read and caught up, had a knee jerk reaction to saying I will not post (obviously by this post I will continue)

however I do want to say, that gabriele , you could have simply sent me an im or a pm and said your piece to me in private.

I have no idea what all the hoopla is about with phil and unethical, I do not read every thread or keep up with everyone's work practice

If their item is what I need then I get it
I have gotten the gist of the fact he does something to get higher traffic, which to me means nothing, so in my opinion he is not doing anything that would cause me to stop shopping there

you taking the stance of not shopping at my place because I shopped somewhere that you already boycotted for your own reasons is just a little too... dramatic (to me) and your bringing it up here, in such a way that felt like you were putting me down (my first reaction was.... what the fuck did I do? why is she attacking me like this? I did nothing to her) which is why my knee jerk reaction was to get the hell out of dodge

you have a right to not shop where ever you wish to not shop, however classing me into an unethical classification because I shopped somewhere that you consider the owner of to be unethical was downright wrong.

I just hope your little bit of drama doesn't damage my already struggling business, and that the lurkers who might have gone to have a peek, don't decide based on what you said, that I am unethical and do not visit. (maybe that is why you posted it openly, that was what you intended)

on that note, I bid you a good day, to say I have no hurt feelings and that it will just go away would be lying, however I can truthfully say I do not hate you.

/FD is being naughty instead of sleeping for few hours got inspired to make pink flowered swim wear for men and women....
I wonder if anyone will ever wear it.
At least you've got customers Rha, I don't think you'll miss one less shopper.
I think I have maybe small handful of people ever buy anything from me that I have made.
I literally put hours upon hours with each thing I make but very few want anything I make.
