i'm SO hungry!

i started the South Beach program on Friday. so far i've lost 6 pounds in those 5 days. chinese food is not on my list.

In all seriousness, I really liked the Sean Connery story.
I entertained my husband with it yesterday, while we were breaking our usual rule of never watching golf on tv. (It helps when you can ff through the boring parts.)
