The Linden Department of Public Works has been tackling some old issues lately, including one that I reported a long long time ago in the Oak Grove region. That's where Wild West Town is. It's a 2003-era Resident Work Project that is really a "legacy" part of Our World. This led me to head down there and take some piccies. Here's one of the Jail and General Store:

looks like yet another super weekend. i really like the way this shot came out. i keep expecting a couple of angry cowboys to walk out and have duel in the middle of the street.

that's a great update. good luck with the house hunting. the one you described sounds fabulous! something you didn't mention but one of my main interests in a house is having my own 2-3 car garage. MUST have! oh, and if you can't bump out the kitchen, maybe you can delete a wall and open it up that way... just a thought. can't wait to hear what you two decide. :D

Why, hello Wren, and welcome to the Thread :p

I could not join the show and tell earlier due to my picture collection being at home rather than work, but here is what I have been working on recently:

These are available for free from here: Blair (169, 85, 135)

Please feel free to come and get any that interest you.

Also I have been working on this:

I don't have this out anymore but if anyone would like a free copy that rezzes from a rezzer, please drop me an IM - it needs about 4096sqm of land to fit (approx).

whoa, Gabriele - love those clocks! (also the fireplace?)

And that hockey rink is amazing! Congrats! :)

ok, one more thing. i am super bummed.

today i picked up a new moniter, which is wide screen. so, as Eli and i wandered the grid tonight, i took a TON of pics. well darn it if the top half of every pic isn't cut off... so in almost every pic we have no heads. :(

so, what do i need to do to balance that out for next time? anyone?

That happened to me when switched to Emerald. I had to go in and redo my photo settings.

eta: nvm...I see you got some good advice. :)

One of the things I love about your pictures 3Ring, apart from you looking fabulous, is that there is often an element of humour in them :)

Oh yes, I quite agree with you about 3Ring's pics. :)

G'night an G'mornin' to the over 100,000 crowd! I hope ya'll had a super fun weekend!

So last weekend I hardly had anything to post. Not so this weekend. Here's a few fun piccies from the last couple days.

Registration for Camp HardKnock's Winter session opened this week. It sold out within seven hours (that's 100 people confirmed, and 20 on the waiting list). It's a new record for the event filling up, but it's always such a fun event. Here's the scene moments after the registration was announced:

I actually got to see *the* Governor Linden! She set up a radio in a section of the Nova Albion infohub this friday. Here's Her Honor now:

I decided to play with water reflections a bit. Here was the result:

Finally, a friend wanted me an a few other kids for a machinima they were doing of a scene from Peter Pan. That's me as Wendy, and my friend who is a boy (but not my boyfriend) Johnny as John:

And that's the weekend! Hope ya'll have a great weekend ahead!

*waves to Mari*

Yay! The Weekend Update has arrived. *smiles*

LOVE the Peter Pan pic. *smiles* (lol...say that fast 3 times. *grins*)
