OMG - I was just going backward through this thread to catch up. Reading Brenda's post and the followups about the LL blog and talking to our bosses about SL. Talk about crazy!
Everyone I work with knows I'm in SL. Sometimes they ask questions. My boss asked two: "Why do you need a second life? What's wrong with your first life?" and "Do people have sex in that second life of yours?" When I said yes, she nodded like, on yeah, so THAT's what Second Life is about. Can you imagine if I tried to convince her to bring some aspect of our business inworld? She'd think I wanted to get paid for goofing off. . Still have some reading to do... . _____________________

I just came back from seeing "District 9". It was very good, not what I expected. I expected another ID4 type popcorn movie, but it wasn't. It was a sort of "ET meets Blackhawk Down." I recommend it.

Ghosty and I went today also. We thought it was remarkable and were very taken aback by it emotionally. Not quite what we expected.
