I'm pretty sure the other partner now has a store called Archange...i think.

Yes, heard that partner set up with a new person. New partner was the new creator. They had/have a store at the same location Last Call was located. I heard about that a long time ago and have never figured out how to get myself over there. I have an LM to old store (I think). But I can't get myself to go. And it might be gone now, that new store.

I've seen them before. Some use like 30 layers of invisible prims so people can't get to the item they inspect (with annoying scripts incase they forget they should right click and just start poking your av instead). Ultra laggy, and the ones I've seen make them look ridiculous when rezzing as it takes a while for the prims to remember they're not supposed to be able to be seen.


I love the ones with the touch script.. I just keep poking and poking them till they either take it off, or leave.. :)

Ooops.. mouse slipped again.. ;P

Talk about overstating their case. "Contained", lol, talk about spin.

Also, WTF getting residents to evangalise to their bosses about SL, why should they want to? Why should they? They are not getting paid to "sell it" to anyone, plus a lot of people are thoroughly p*ssed off with LL, just because they don't leave doesn't mean they'll risk their professional reputation by recommending and evangalising it.

I don't know about you, but if I took that to my boss, his first reaction would be an incredulous "There's Adult Content?". No Way, No how.

But really, it isn't adult content that is a sticky point. There is no real business use for SL. Everything it offers is done better by other software. It is very tough to make any kind of business case for using SL over other options.

Everyone realizes that....except the idiots in Frisco. They have pointed SL towrd the iceberg in my opinion. The Corps don't want SL, and most loyal SL users don't want the Corps...I know I don't. But they keep chasing this pipedream and using Adult Content as the thing standing in it's way. USE YOUR REAL NAME? Are they nuts? That's a grifer's goldmine.
