For all you aspiring photo people looking for poses, I just received this from the LAP group-Should be interesting.

I am also participating with my main store location in the PRO POSERS HUNT. OoooOOOoo. It's a hunt just for pose makers and animators. :o Yes! This one should be really great. It's a grid-wide style hunt, so you will be hopping around 35 quality shops, searching for hand prints giving out awesome gifts just for you! That begins on the 15th and runs until the 30th. I made a cute/fun set of three couples poses which can combine into one 6 person group pose also (all of which are included).

eugh...what a day. I still feel like utter rubbish - no energy and blah blah...I just figured with a bit of rest I'll be fine.
Then one of my friends decides to tell me their mum has swine flu and that what I keep complaining of is exactly how she was....and that it is all over the area where I live.

So now I have to ring the doc's in the morning, with the possible outcome of me being told that yes it is swine flu - which means no partying this weekend, and my holiday I'd planned would have to be postponed. Not to mention the possibility of me having passed it on to mum - who is already ill and this could quite possibly put her in hospital.

I feel like crying :( though I might just about hold off until I speak to the doctor.


On the plus side, mum brought home a dog yesterday - a 3 year old black cocker spaniel called Ben. He's beautiful, and as soon as his cone collar thing comes off I'll be able to post a pic so you guys can awwww over him a bit :p

Dear Claire... I do wish the very best for your mom - but congrats on the new pup! Dogs always make our lives better :)

Thanks for the info Skell, and for the well wishes everyone :)

I've just finished speaking to the doctor, and thankfully it was a false alarm. He said its a pretty bad cold, but not to worry about it. He's told me what to look out for with regards to swine flu, but that I should be clear in a few days.
So yey! My holiday is still go even if I do feel pretty awful. :D

I'd never noticed that. Pep's right though, they were babies, and their manes were growing in, so their ears were half swallowed by fur. :)

lol, its not allergies. I've had pets as far back as I can remember and never been allergic. Besides, its been hanging around for a week or more, and the dog hasn't been here that long.
