Actually no- the releases went well yes- but the ones for the ominous SLU are sucking - it might be my machine- tonight Marcel is going to look at my raw images and also give me the name of a photg who has done some work for him - we shall see.

:( well, i hope you can work it out. sounds like you are getting some quality help. you have good friends. :D

Thank you, everyone, for the kind comments on my pictures. I, myself, thank Amaranthim for having me along as she explored Lummerland.

I tried exploring that Enchantment Island amusement park that was mentioned in this thread last night but ended up just resting in a small bubble under the water. Just sitting there. I think, somewhere along the line, that I've lost the ability to explore by myself.

I'm thinking of exploring League, again, though tonight.

I'm sick of seeing this thread going on and on everyday

I went and looked at the things you make, if that's any consolation.

League. I never even knew they had skins until Iz showed me. I showed Elora last night too, so now she has new bewbies as well. :p I'm still trying to tweak the face a bit, cause I hate change and changing my face will scar me for life..:o

ETA-I wish I could show you them without the shirt.... they are so perky.:D

The skins at League are a fairly recent addition. I didn't save my notecard so I don't have the exact date.

edit: ok it looks like sometime in June they were released.

I am guessing it is tongue in cheek goofy post- 'cause it really would not be in a merchant's best interest to alienate any portion of the Residents- especially when as I have mentioned before, any exposure is good exposure.

A brief recap of a small portion of my Wednesday evening:

Returning home late after being well lubricated by several rounds of liquefied barley and hops the sensible thing would have been to collapse into the bed. Failing to see any excitement in that I log into the forums. Imagine my dismay as I read about aliens invading SL and innocent animals disappearing. I scurry to log into SL to check on the whereabouts of the various animals that inhabit my little plot of pixel dirt.

Everything seems to be okay, but I'm thinking I should still be prepared should the aliens show up. My alcohol influenced thought process leads me to decide the first thing I need do is to put on a fresh shirt. Thanks to Morgaine Alter I have a lovely new black shirt waiting to be worn. Thinking more clearly now I realize that in my current state my mind would be easy picking for any alien invader. I rush to don my tin foil hat kindly supplied by Puppet Shepherd.

Feeling slightly more at ease under the protective hat I gather up my Chris Norse bear and rest against the trunk of a large tree to ponder my next move. Suddenly the tree, obviously under alien control, attacks. As the vines entangle me and the roots start to swallow my legs I fight back, furiously struggling to escape. With the help of the Big Rant animation from Deira Llanfair I manage to break free and collapse to the ground and pass out.

Hours later I slowly wake thinking it must have been just a drunken dream. As my eyes focus I find this picture laying on the desk.

An even briefer recap:

Thanks to Morgaine, Puppet, Chris, and Deira for the gifts. :D

Yes! One that can scooch closer, or get taller or shorter, depending on whose feet need lifting! :p
