Oooo that reminds me. Someone told me somewhere had nice boots last night... Could have been Iz who told me. I'll have to look at my IM logs. I meant to go check but got distracted.

Anyway yes, I say we go on strike until someone gets us some boots.:p

Not a great place for kids.

I tried to find it just now - there's a story maybe about one of the Seven Sages of Ancient Greece. He visits Sparta and wants to know how they do things there. So the leader takes him into a wheat field and orders his soldiers to cut off any plant that sticks up above the rest. Not a great place for those of sparkling intelligence and wit, either.

ROFLMAO! If we had ever spoken in voice or F2F this might make sense, but as it stands it just makes you look even more stupid. Do my posts paralyse your brain (assuming you could tell the difference from normal operation) or your typing fingers?

In real life I continually get criticised by weak personalities for "not listening", when what they mean is "you didn't do what I told you to" or "you should have rolled over and conceded defeat in the face of my pathetically presented unconvincing illogical emotional opinion"; I am actually a very good listener, taking in the gestalt of words, tone, body language as well as what is *not* said, and that ability travels in my case to online communication, unlike the whines of those who apparently don't have the substance to offer their own opinions because I 'don't leave long enough gaps between my posts'. PMSL!

Pep (The reason you "could never offer a proper argument" - glad you conceded your failure to do so by the way - is because you are the epitome of the dumb blonde your vacantly-expressioned vanity pictures demonstrate.)

i didn't tell you to do anything, nor do i want you to. and, you made my point with this reply. my observation that it's 'all about you' stands solid. good luck.

Not for some babies perhaps, but it was a great place for kids; they got looked after
You have obviously not understood the story. The ones of sparkling intelligence and wit were the ones cutting those lacking the characteristics down.

Pep (You are demonstrating a fallacious heightist prejudice in your apparent interpretation. The tall ones were *not* better, they were thin and feeble with inadequate grains. The shorter wheat was strong and fruitful.)

It seems that once again you have failed to read to the end of a long sentence. :p

At least Rio was equitable in her glaring, or do you excuse 3Ring because you think she doesn't know any better, whereas I should?
