last night after i left Amar's, i went exploring and ended up in a seedy part of SL. i found myself in a little trouble right away
 it wasn't me. i swear. thankfully, after hiding out for a little bit, a friend came and rescued me. i now haz a happy  _____________________

The first half of what I originally tried to post above had some forum-forbidden string in it; I've no idea what it was, but I'm trying to rewrite to make it go through - so I'll be editing this post a few times.
 Thank you all for the much too generous compliments. I always love going to Madhu's Cafe. Thank *you* for this, Clover, and it was a treat to have you and Rhonda there, as well as Brann, Elora, Sonia, and ... uh ... any other Threadfolk I can't think of at the moment. (I am *very* sleepy this morning.) Also my sweetheart turned up for the last hour and I hadn't seen her in the better part of a week, so on top of a great party with a wonderful crowd, that just made my night. *beams* ETA: fixed it. *rolls eyes again* _____________________

haha. One time I was trying to find a lost prim in the walls of one of my tenants skyboxes for him. I found it but grabbed the skybox instead and hit return. Oops. He fell to his SLdeath. It was kind of funny.I sent Marcel plummeting when building my Rainforest  - I have had a few- uhm... incidents...folks around me soon learn its best to wear a feather and not let me drive..._____________________

Important safety note in SL: Make sure the sections of your house are "locked" before attempting to "take" boxes lying on the floor back into one's inventory. Yipes! I've done that before. Accidently did in a skybox once, my Bay City store twice, an I still remember a time when a chunk of the family home got returned by accident. Never a lot of fun! _____________________

Some people are so bizarrely unpleasant... Ain't it the truth. WOW! Some people are just plain meanies. Glad the AR got attended to as quickly as it did. Ya! I can so not complain about the response time. Wow. Just caught up. @Mari - it's hard to believe that someone could be so stupidly mean. In the end they hurt themselves, the idiot. I loved the moving picture - the UHaul truck. Ya, me too. That sorta thing really only ends up hurting them. I actually made the "I Haul" for other reasons (soon to officially move from the old Hundertwasser plot to the Shermerville one, an it seemed right to have one), but it seemed really good an funny to use it f'r packing up the big sci-fi build. i'm sorry, Mari, that you have to deal with doucebags. i love how you handled it. can't wait for the camp pics to start rolling in! Thankoo. I've long dealt with griefing, let alone some of the old AOL-style griefing in the olden days of the 1990s. I usually prefer to let things work themselves out, but enough of that thing was enough. You'd be amazed by all the energy right now amongst the kids, just waiting for the start of camp. So many kids are jut bursting, waiting for opening. It's cool! _____________________

OK, guys, I need some help in location scouting for some photos. It's going to be retro/future aviation themed, sort of like that movie Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. I thought Bay City Airport would work, but I can't get near it, the sim is full. Besides it looks like info hub hell anyway, I really don't want to be bothered while doing this. At the airship dock, I kept getting cold friend requests. I've been hitting the various airfields, but none have the right mix of past/future. I could probably use Abbott's, but would like something else. It doesn't have to be an Airfield even, just someplace with that style. TYVM. PS..these pics will be slighty fetishy, though still SFW, if that will encourage anyone. Also, if anyone wishes to assist in the actual shooting, they are more than welcome, to supplement my meager photographic talents. _____________________
