That sounds so good. I never thought of doing such a thing to cheesecake. Know of any recipes?

Tequila Sunrise - or Sunset if you get it wrong, Banana Daiquiri, or Brown Cow make good cocktail cheesecakes.

Pep (The only real failure I ever had was with a Blue Movie, which turned out green. :( )

Recipe:

Take your favorite slice of plain cheesecake
Dip in Bailey's, make sure slice is fully covered.

Ever had Baileys Cheesecake? Much better than plain cheesecake.
There was an adult ice cream store in downtown Denver for a while that served alcohol ice cream -- the Baileys was one of my favorites.

My favorite is what I call a Texas Sundae.
Take a bowl of Blue Bell "Homade Vanilla" ice cream, pour an ample helping of Amaretto over the top.

YUM!!! :D

ETA: Eating enough of this will help or hurt with that butt size thing, depending on your preference.
