Coming from across the street (see? I already know not to say SLU -- :facepalm I am used to the vote buttons on posts for "Thanks," "Laugh," "Agree" among other things. It feels strange when someone says something to me and I can not respond there. I do not want people to think I did not read or appreciate what they said. On the other hand, this tread is growing fast enough as it is so I don't want to bog it up it a post jut to say "lol."So ... do we LOL every time or do people just assume that we read the post and liked the comment? Anyhow, some will make many posts, commenting on something they quote, some will do many quotes and comments in one post and some do a combo -- whatever you feel like is fine here, really. _____________________

I'm glad some thought it was funny and not just gross. I didn't want to be gross, and worried a little about that afterward. but before all of that, i was exploring a carnival sim by myself, when i happened upon a tandem bike. it was on it's own path, so all i had to do was sit back and watch the scenery go by. but along the way, something hysterical happened. a newb in purple started chasing me. i mean, for like 5 whole minutes. it was hysterical! she eventually caught me, hopped on the back of the bike and made me crash into a wall. it was super funny  That is a great description of the magic of SL -- totally impromptu weirdness. I love it when that happens. I'd probably have more if I could get myself to go exploring again, but every time I do, I notice that I'm by myself and stop. So sorry, Lexxi. If I weren't such a recluse and didn't tire so easily I'd join you, if you could put up with a geek who tries to chat with long pedantic phrases (like this one). I enjoy hearing about your adventures in group IM when it works. They sound perilous at times though! People are with you even if they're not - if that makes any sense.
